What data is processed
Depending on how you use the app, we may process account details (such as your email address), technical usage data needed to run the service, subscription and payment information handled through the App Store, and the content you create, including text answers, photos, and voice recordings. We use this data only to provide, secure, and improve FamilyStories, support your account, and meet legal obligations.
Family stories and content
Your family stories are sensitive. FamilyStories is designed so that only you and the family members you invite can access private content. Content is end-to-end encrypted, not used for advertising, and not sold to third parties. You can export your archive and request deletion of your account and content through the app or by contacting support@familystories.love.
