Scope of service

FamilyStories lets families collect and preserve private memories through guided questions, text answers, voice recordings, and photos. Some features are available for free; extended storage, exports, and additional family members may require a Premium subscription or other paid plan shown in the app.

Accounts, content, and invites

You are responsible for your account and for inviting only people you trust. You retain ownership of the stories, photos, and recordings you add. Invited family members can access content according to the permissions you grant. You must not upload unlawful content or use the service in a way that violates the rights of others.

Purchases and cancellation

Paid plans, trial periods, renewals, and cancellations are handled through the Apple App Store under Apple’s terms. Prices and plan details are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings.
